I’m a late-identified AuDHDer, parent of two ND young adults. My lived experience and passions have taken me from activism with Greenpeace in my early 20's to deep diving into how our bodies work and a fascination with Traditional Chinese Medicine. As my kids entered the world of education I found myself questioning everything and having to flip my perspective about what education really is. My PDAer has taught me the transformative powers of collaboration and de-escalation which now inform my practice.
