Current Focus: Working towards a Certified Diploma in Therapeutic ​coaching, contributing to the shift from medical to social models of ​disability.

I’m a late-identified AuDHDer, parent of two ND ​young adults. My lived experience and passions have ​taken me from activism with Greenpeace in my early ​20's to deep diving into how our bodies work and a ​fascination with Traditional Chinese Medicine. As my ​kids entered the world of education I found myself ​questioning everything and having to flip my ​perspective about what education really is. My PDAer ​has taught me the transformative powers of ​collaboration and de-escalation which now inform ​my practice.
